ELECTRIC FAST CHARGER

At the airport it is possible to use a two-stand, 60 kW DC fast charger. The charging station is located in car park G [parking plan].

Discounts for the charger users:

20-40 kW – 30 minutes free parking

over 40 kW – 60 minutes free parking.

To get the discount, please send the invoice generated in the application to: [email protected], and then go to the car park reception in the terminal [terminal map].

Price list and car park plan

When you book online
    • thanks to the camera system, you can drive through the car parks in a convenient ticket-free mode. If you provide your license plate number when making your online booking, the cameras will scan your number and your ticket will be printed at the first barrier. Take it and drive in, the next barriers will open automatically, also the exit barrier,
    • you get the best price
    • you avoid paying the fee at the ticket desk which makes leaving the airport much easier,
    • if the option ”Please issue the invoice” is chosen, you will get your invoice by an e-mail,
    • additionally, due to 24-hour entry/exit time tolerance, the reservation will still be valid even in case of delayed arrival/departure of the flight,

VIP CAR PARK

We are pleased to invite you to our VIP car park located very close to the terminal. It is situated next to the terminal, only several dozen of metres from the main entrance to the departure hall. It is open for all the Wroclaw Airport’s passengers.

Kiss & Fly

Kiss & Fly zone is located in front of the terminal. The total time of free pass and/or stay in this area is 10 minutes. For a short stay in this area of over 10 minutes you will be charged PLN 20 for up to 20 minutes, and PLN 10 for each commenced 10 minutes.

Note! Free of charge stay or pass applies to up to 3 entries per day. Each next entry will be charged PLN 10 per every commenced 10 minutes of stay or pass.

Hourly

When you pick up…

 

… and arrived to the airport early?

  • Leave your car in hourly car park G or on the special hourly parking spaces at car park A, C or VIP (check the car park plan below).
  • Go to the terminal and get some delicious coffee in ON TIME RESTAURANT or Check in Bar.
  • To see the aircraft with your friends or colleagues landing, go to our observation deck on the second floor.

Stay in car park A, B, and C up to 2 hours for every half an hour costs only PLN 5 (PLN 7 on VIP car park). The car parks are located near the terminal.

… you are on time and your friend, colleague or relative is waiting for you?

  • Pull over in front of the terminal (KISS & FLY zone—please check the car park plan below).
  • You have 10 minutes to leave the KISS & FLY zone at no charge. Please note that the total time of free pass and/or stay in this area is 10 minutes. You will be charged for a longer stay. Note! Free of charge stay or pass applies to up to 3 entries per day. Each next entry will be charged PLN 10 per every commenced 10 minutes of stay or pass.

RECOMMENDATION: If you pick up your friends, colleagues or relatives, then the hourly car park G located near the arrival hall is the most convenient for you. You can also leave your car on the special hourly parking spaces in car park A and C or VIP.

 

When you drop off…

 

… and have some time to spend at the airport?

  • Leave your car on the special hourly parking spaces at car park A, C or VIP or in hourly car park G (check on the car park plan below).
  • For a short and long stay at the airport, go with your friend, colleague or relative to the terminal and enjoy delicious coffee, desert or snack before the flight in one of our coffee shops.
  • Do you want to wave just before boarding? Visit our observation deck on the second floor with a perfect view of the departure hall with boarding gates and of the apron. See the passengers entering the aircraft!

…and you are in a hurry?

  • Pull over in front of the terminal (KISS & FLY zone—please check the car park plan below).
  • Within 10 minutes, unload luggage, kiss and wave goodbye, and leave the airport at no charge. Please note that the total time of free pass and/or stay in this area is 10 minutes. You will be charged for a longer stay. Note! Free of charge stay or pass applies to up to 3 entries per day. Each next entry will be charged PLN 10 per every commenced 10 minutes of stay or pass.

RECOMMENDATION: If you drop off your friends, colleagues or relatives, then car parks A, B, and VIP located in close vicinity to departure hall are the most convenient option for you. You can also choose our hourly car park G or special hourly parking spaces in car park C.

Additional information:

  • The total time of free pass and/or stay in this area is 10 minutes. For a short stay in this area of over 10 minutes you will be charged: PLN 20 for up to 20 minutes and 10 PLN for each additional 10 minutes. Note! For passengers with disabilities

Car park spaces for persons with disabilities are situated near the terminal on parking A, B, C, D, and VIP. The special signs along the street in front of the terminal guide you to the right car park. Car park spaces are blue and are marked with special symbols.

Parking FAQ

    1. How to use the parking?

    NO RESERVATION – you should take a ticket at the main entrance and park your car in the parking area. After using the service, you should pay for the ticket at the automatic cashier or at the parking office. After payment, you have 15 minutes to exit the airport premises. Information about zones and pricing is available on the website https://airport.wroclaw.pl/en/passenger/pick-up-drop-off/car-park/

    RESERVATION – please refer to the entry instructions provided in the email confirming your parking reservation.

     

    2. How to make a parking reservation?
    You should visit the website https://www.airport.wroclaw.pl – go to the parking section – reserve parking. Information about pricing, directions, maps, and parking zones are available below. Parking reservations via phone are not available.

    3. How to edit reservation details?
    TIME/DATE – You can make use of the parking entry tolerance that is granted to all reservation users. It allows you to start your reservation earlier or later than the declared entry time. Please note that the reserved time starts counting from the moment you enter the parking lot. For example, if you enter 3 hours earlier than the declared entry time, your reservation will end 3 hours earlier than the original departure time.

    VEHICLE REGISTRATION NUMBER – Editing is not possible. If the vehicle for which the reservation was made experiences a malfunction, you can arrive with a different vehicle and use the original reservation. You should take a ticket at the main entrance, park the vehicle in the reserved parking area, and, after your journey, present the ticket and reservation confirmation at the parking office.

    4. How to check which parking I’ve reserved?
    You should review the PDF file available in the email confirming your parking reservation. The link does not open the confirmation but downloads the document to your device.

    5. How to cancel a reservation?
    Cancellation of a reservation is possible within 14 days (calendar) from the date of purchase. You should send an email to [email protected] with a request for contract withdrawal. The refund will be processed electronically. If the reservation was purchased through an intermediary (ParkLot, ParkVia, Itaka, etc.), cancellation is ONLY possible by contacting that company.

    6. How to file a complaint?
    Filing a complaint is possible through the form available on the website parking-reklamacje.airport.wroclaw.pl. We have 14 days (calendar) to process the complaint.

    7. Where to find the invoice for the reservation?
    To obtain a VAT invoice for the reservation, you should select the option “I want to receive a VAT invoice” in the reservation form and provide the necessary details for the document issuance.

     

    The invoice will be generated automatically and sent along with the parking reservation confirmation.

    8. Extending a reservation Reservations cannot be edited.
    However, you can:
    • Purchase an additional reservation
    • Pay the price difference on site

    In both cases, a visit to the Parking Reception (located in the departure hall, last booth, open 24/7) is necessary upon your return from your journey. You should present the parking ticket and reservation.
