Karol Przywara
A graduate of the University of Wrocław in the fields of International Relations and European Diplomacy, MBA studies in Community Management at the Cracow University of Economics and postgraduate studies "Management and financing in the air transport sector" at the Warsaw School of Economics.
He is the Plenipotentiary of the Mayor of Wrocław for international cooperation. Previously he was an advisor for international affairs at Wroclaw Agglomeration Development Agency (ARAW). In 2015 - 2020 he was the director of the foreign cooperation department of the Marshal's Office of the Lower Silesian Voivodeship. He also manages the Caucasian Foundation, which cooperates with the countries of the South Caucasus. In 2018, he was awarded the title of Honorary Citizen of the City of Batumi.
Cezary Pacamaj
He is a graduate of the University of Wrocław, The WSB University in Wrocław, where he completed post-graduate MBA studies and Cracow University of Technology, where he completed post-graduate studies of "Airport infrastructure management". He has developed his management skills for many years. Until now, he was the President of the Management Board of Wrocław Regional Development Agency. Previously, he was the Vice President of Koleje Dolnośląskie S.A., where he was responsible for the sales, marketing and promotion department of the company. In his career he was also The President of the Board of Interferie Medical Spa Sp. z o.o. He gained his first experience in management in the international company Imperial Tobacco, in which he worked as a manager for several years. Recently, Cezary Pacamaj was also a member of the Supervisory Board of Wrocław Airport and before that he was the chairman of the Supervisory Board of Dolnośląski Park Innowacji i Nauki S.A.
Dariusz Kowalczyk
Graduate of the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering at Wrocław University of Science and Technology. He completed postgraduate studies in managing modern institutions at the Wrocław University of Economics and the Academy of Local Government Leaders at the University of Warsaw. He has extensive experience in management gained in both the private sector and public institutions. He served as the Director of the Department of Sports and the Department of Social Affairs at the Marshal's Office of the Lower Silesian Voivodeship. He also held the position of Secretary of the Lower Silesian Voivodeship. From 2014 to 2016, he served as Vice President of the Management Board of Wrocław Hala Ludowa Company. In subsequent years, as President of the Management Board, he led institutions such as the Lower Silesian Mental Health Center and the Wrocław Housing Company. From 2021 to 2024, he served as President of the Management Board of WCT Spartan.
