If you are just beginning your aviation journey – entry-level positions will be perfect for you. They will allow you to quickly gain experience in a real aviation environment:

  • Trainee Sheet Metal Worker – work on aircraft structures and in the workshop (e.g., drilling, riveting), in line with documentation.

  • Trainee Workshop Mechanic (Structural, Composite, Avionics) – repair of cabin, structure, and electronic components; ability to read technical drawings and English required.

  • Trainee Aircraft Mechanic – participation in heavy maintenance checks, cooperation with engineers, performing repairs according to documentation.

As Trainee, you will participate in trainings and support mechanics and engineers in the daily maintenance of aircraft. Duties include working with technical documentation and the AMOS system. An interest in aviation, basic technical knowledge, precision, and manual skills are highly valued. Promotions to more responsible and independent positions are preceded by competency evaluations.
