The 4-millionth passenger served at Wrocław Airport

Record Broken! The 4-millionth passenger served at Wrocław Airport

Ms. Magda Antoniak from Wrocław became the 4-millionth passenger served by Wrocław Airport in 2024. The lucky traveler, flying from Wrocław to Seoul with LOT Polish Airlines, was greeted with gifts from the airline, a commemorative ticket, and a voucher granting a year-long access to the Executive Lounge for two people.

For the first time in its history, Wrocław Airport surpassed 4 million passengers in a year. The previous record, set in 2023, was just under 3.9 million travelers.

“Four million passengers is another milestone in the history of Wrocław Airport this year. We’ve surpassed the previous record by over 100,000, and with a month and a half left in the year, we’re poised to further improve this figure. This highlights the dynamic growth of our airport,” emphasized Karol Przywara, CEO of Wrocław Airport.

“It’s an incredible feeling, as I often travel from Wrocław Airport. I love this place, which makes this recognition even more special for me,” said Magda Antoniak. She departed for Seoul with friends from the VIP area of Wrocław Airport and was transported to the plane in a luxury limousine reserved for distinguished guests.

Wrocław Airport recently celebrated a successful summer season, serving over 3.1 million passengers between April 1 and October 31. The most popular destinations were the United Kingdom, Italy, Greece, Spain, and Turkey.
