Ryanair changes Check-in and Baggage Drop-off closing time

From 10 November 2026, new check-in and baggage drop-off rules will apply to passengers travelling with Ryanair.

Check-in and baggage drop-off desks will close 60 minutes before the scheduled departure time, instead of the previous 40 minutes.

The change is intended to give passengers more time to complete security and passport control procedures and reach their departure gate on time. We advise passengers travelling with Ryanair to take these new rules into account when planning their arrival at the airport.

Further details are available on the airline’s official website.
