Over 600,000 passengers in June

Record-Breaking July at Wrocław Airport – over 600,000 passengers in a single month

For the first time in its history, Wrocław Airport has exceeded 600,000 handled passengers in a single month. July 2025 goes down in history as a record-breaking month in terms of passenger traffic.

In July 2025, Wrocław Airport recorded the best result in its history – 614,804 passengers served in just 31 days. This is the result of a dynamically expanding flight network, strong demand for holiday travel, and excellent aircraft load factors – both in the low-cost and charter flight segments. The most popular low-cost destinations were Zadar (Croatia), Malta, and Rome-Ciampino (Italy), while the leading charter destinations included Antalya (Turkey), Heraklion (Greece), and Bodrum (Turkey).

Setting new records is, of course, a reason to celebrate, but the most important thing is that we’re able to achieve them while simultaneously carrying out a major reconstruction of our operational area. We already know that this will be the busiest summer in our history. That’s why huge credit goes to all of our airport staff, whose efforts make results like these possible,” emphasized Karol Przywara, President of the Management Board of Wrocław Airport.

Both low-cost and charter carriers reported very high load factors. For low-cost airlines, the average load factor reached 92.1%, with a record 98% on the route to Alicante. In the charter segment, the average was even higher – 96.6%. Since the beginning of 2025, Wrocław Airport has already served over 2.9 million passengers. The most frequently chosen destination during this period was the United Kingdom, ahead of Italy and Spain.
