This winter, Wizz Air will fly to Hurghada and Turin
Wizz Air’s new winter 2026/2027 routes from Wrocław: flights to Hurghada and Turin
Although the summer season is in full swing, airlines are already planning their winter flight schedules. From 25 October 2026, Wizz Air passengers will be able to fly directly from Wrocław to Hurghada, and from 16 January 2027 – to Turin. These are new options for travellers who want to conveniently plan their winter holidays, whether in the sunshine by the Red Sea or on the slopes of the Italian Alps.
The new Hurghada route will operate from the end of October 2026 until the end of April 2027, with flights three times a week: on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Sundays. This is excellent news for passengers who want to organise their own trip to Egypt, independently of travel agency packages. Hurghada has long been very popular among those looking for sunshine outside the summer season, as well as among fans of active holidays. It is one of Egypt’s most important resorts on the Red Sea, known for its excellent conditions for diving, snorkelling, kitesurfing, windsurfing and cruises around coral reefs.
The second addition to Wizz Air’s offer will be flights to Turin, which will be introduced to the winter schedule from 16 January 2027. Flights will operate once a week, on Saturdays. The capital of Piedmont is one of Italy’s most interesting winter destinations. Located at the foot of the Alps, it is a convenient starting point for popular ski resorts in the region. It is an attractive option for passengers planning a ski trip, as well as for those who want to combine a winter city break with Italian cuisine, culture and an Alpine atmosphere.
“The development of Wizz Air’s offer in Wrocław is very good news for our passengers. The direct connection to Hurghada gives travellers the opportunity to independently plan a holiday by the Red Sea throughout the year. Turin, in turn, strengthens our winter offer and opens access to one of the most interesting ski regions in Italy,” says Karol Przywara, CEO of Wrocław Airport.
Wizz Air is consistently expanding its route network from Wrocław. The airline’s summer schedule from the capital of Lower Silesia currently includes 16 destinations – from popular destinations in southern Europe, through ideal options for city break enthusiasts, to new routes launched in 2026, including Varna, Podgorica, Ohrid and Catania.
Tickets for the new routes are already available on the airline’s website.
