New summer flight schedule from Wrocław

New summer flight schedule from Wroclaw. Where will we go on vacation?

The new summer timetable includes over 90 connections from Wrocław. The largest part of it are low-cost air connections (56). This year the offer of charter flights is also very attractive – passengers will be able to choose from as many as 29 destinations. Additional 6 connections will be provided by network carriers. – This will be the first summer season in which we can talk about the full abolition of covid restrictions. This is also visible in the extensive offer of carriers, as well as in the number of passengers at our airport. Already last year, travelers willingly went on vacation in May. This year, we are counting on even greater passenger traffic in the spring and summer – says Dariusz Kuś, president of Wrocław Airport.

Summer news

In the new season, passengers will be able to travel to two completely new destinations. On March 28, the first connection to the Italian Brindisi starts. Ryanair will fly there twice a week – on Tuesdays and Saturdays. The second scheduled novelty is Sofia, the capital of Bulgaria. The first flights are scheduled for March 27 and will be carried out twice a week – on Mondays and Fridays. After a successful winter debut, Porto will also be on the schedule for spring and summer, with flights twice a week – on Mondays and Fridays.

The new flight schedule also means the return of the southern destinations, such as Zadar, Split, Dubrovnik, Podgorica, Athens, Crete, Corfu, Rhodes, Barcelona-Girona, Mallorca, Tirana, Burgas, Pisa and Bari, which are liked by passengers. From March 26, passengers will be able to travel again to Brussels and the Olsztyn-Mazury airport.

In total, there will be as many as 10 Italian destinations in the summer timetable, 5 Spanish destinations, 4 Greek destinations, 3 Croatian destinations and 2 destinations to Cyprus.

– In the new timetable, the frequency of low-cost flights has increased by 15%, which means that passengers will be able to adjust the dates of their holidays and city and beach breaks to their plans even better – emphasizes Cezary Pacamaj, Vice-President of Wrocław Airport.

Strong charter offer

This year, 30% of the summer timetable will consist of charter flights. The offer includes as many as 29 connections to Europe, Africa and Western Asia. These are Albania (Tirana), Bulgaria (Varna and Burgas), Cyprus (Larnaca), Egypt (Hurghada, Marsa Alam and Taba), Greece (Heraklion, Chania, Rhodes, Kos, Zakynthos, Corfu and Thessaloniki), Spain (Majorca, Fuerteventura, Tenerife, Gran Canaria, Menorca), Portugal (Madeira), Turkey (Antalya, Bodrum, Izmir and Dalaman), Tunisia (Djerba and Enfidha), Italy (Palermo, Lamezia Terme and Olbia).

The offer of network flights in spring and summer covers six destinations. Warsaw (LOT Polish Airlines), Frankfurt and Munich (Lufthansa), Zurich (Swiss), Amsterdam (KLM) and Düsseldorf (Eurowings). The good news for passengers is that from 26 April Lufthansa is launching an additional connection to Frankfurt at 11:00. 18.50 – in total, this carrier will make as many as four connections a day on this route. In spring and summer, passengers will fly twice a day to Munich and six times a day to Warsaw. Flights to Amsterdam will take place daily, and to Zurich and Düsseldorf twice a week.
