  • 14 days must elapse after vaccination for the vaccinated person to be released from quarantine. It applies to people who have been vaccinated with a COVID-19 vaccine authorized in the European Union.
  • Children up to 12 years are also exempted from quarantine if they travel with adults who have tested negative for COVID-19 or are vaccinated with COVID-19 vaccine – 14 days after vaccination (it applies only to Non Schengen flights except Ireland, Bulgaria, Croatia and Cyprus).
  • In accordance with the REGULATION OF THE COUNCIL OF MINISTERS of May 6, 2021 on the establishment of certain restrictions, orders and bans in connection with the outbreak of an epidemic the release from quarantine on the basis of a test carried out within 48 hours upon return shall not apply to a person crossing the border of the Republic of Poland, who started a journey from the territory of the Federative Republic of Brazil, the Republic of India or South Africa. The period of  obligation to undergo quarantine is shortened if the person obtained a negative result of the diagnostic test for SARS-CoV-2, performed after crossing the border of the Republic of Poland within a period not earlier than 7 days from the arrival.
